Carey has produced various projects, including several short films under the trading name of Falconbrook Films, named after the tributary of the Thames, which runs under where he lives in Battersea, London.
Carey's first work as a producer is a short film called City Lights, which won funding from Film London in 2015 and was subsequently
selected by various festivals in 2016 and 2017, including LA Shorts Fest, Cleveland International Film Festival,
Aesthetica Short Film Festival, Cambridge Film Festival and London Comedy Film Festival (LOCO) amongst others.
City Lights also won Best Film in the 2018 Film the House awards.
IF IT WERE DONE is a reimagining of two scenes from Shakespeare's Macbeth set amongst the modern-day super rich and filmed on location in Hertfordshire. IIWD was officially selected by the prestigious LA Shorts International Film Festival in 2021.
Carey produced, directed and performed in this music video for Simon King's ballad, Build A Life.
